A new face at Yongergnow
The Yongergnow Board is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Karla Newitt to the position of Office Administrator. Karla will work Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the centre. Karla brings much life experience to the position having worked in a variety of fields such as real estate, catering & farming. She has a certificate in Business and information Technology from TAFE and owns a gyprocking business with her husband Mick.
Karla says she has high hopes for Yongergnow and is very much looking forward to increasing the visitor traffic to the centre. Her special area of interest is food and Karla believes the cafe at Yongergnow has great potential - as indeed has the entire centre!
Karla believes good customer service is vital and would like all visitors to Yongergnow to know just how important each and every one is. She looks forward to seeing you all soon!
